RThe 15th September 1877–It is notified, under Section 75 of Act X (B.C.) of 1871 (the District Road Cess Act), that the Road Cess Committee of the district of Hooghly have, under Section 74 of the Act, determined to levy the cesses under that Act for the ensuing cess year beginning with the 1st October 1877 at the following rates, being the maximum rates, and the said rates are published accordingly:— {寧球證寧 I. Six pies, or two pice, on every rupee of the annual value of lands undér Part II of the Act. II. The following rates on non-agricultural houses and shops estimated to be of the present value of Yearly Cess, Rв. л. г. The 15th September 1877.-It is notified, under Section 75 of Act X (B.C.) ‘of 1871 (the District Road Cess Act), that the Road Cess Committee of the distriot of Sarun have, under Section 74 of the Act, determined to levy the cesses under that Act for the ensuing cess year commencing from the 1st October 1877 at the following rates, being the maximum rates, and the said rates are pablished accordingly:— I. Six pies, or two pice, on every rupee of the annual value of lands under Part II of the Act. II.
