NOTIFICATION. t The 28th September 1877.-The Lieutenant-Governor has been pleased to accept the resignation tendered by Moonshee Aminuddin Ahmed of his appointment of Registrar of Mahomedan Marriages and Divorces of the outpost of Nulchera, in thana Hatiya, in the Sudder sub-division of Noakholly, with effect from the 25th August 1877. The 28th September 1877.—ln continuation of the notification dated the 18th August 1876, published in the Calcutta Gazette of the 23rd idem, it is hereby notified that the LieutenantGovernor has been pleased to abolish the office of Mahomedan Registrar of the outpost of Nulchera, in the Noakholly district, and to include the outpost within the jurisdiction of the Mahomedan Registrar of Hatiya. A fresh license has been granted to Moulvie Mahomed Mugin, Registrar of Hatiya, under Section 3, Act I (B.C.) of 1876, authorizing him to exercise the functions of a Mahomedan Registrar within the entire thana of Hatiya including the Nulchera outpost.
