( శిy ) r * (Paat II. oRDERs BY THE LIEUTENANT-GovKRNoh of BENGAL. REVENUE AND GENERAL DEPARTMENTS. No. 5123A. { Gronraal.—The 28th September 1877.-Mr. J. D. Anderson, Assistant Magistrate and Collector, Jamalpore, in Mymensing, is transferred to the district of Nuddea, and is appointed to have charge of the Meherpore division of that district. Mr. F. B. Taylor, Officiating Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector, in charge of the Meherpore division of the Nuddea district, is transferred to the Sudder Station of that district. Moulvi Ikram Russool, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, 24-Pergunnahs, is transferred to Monghyr. The 9th October 1877–In modification of the orders of the 10th September last, published in the Calcutta Gazette of the 19th idem, Moulvi Abdool Wassay Ahmed, Officiating Sub-Deputy Collector, Jungypore, Moorshedabad, is appointed temporarily to be a Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector in the Chota Nagpore Division, vice Mr. A. C. Mackertich, now employed under the Durbhunga Raj. 學 Baboo Juggut Chunder Roy, Sub-Deputy Collector of the Second Grade, Moorshedabad, is appointed temporarily to be a Sub-Deputy Collector of the First Grade, vice Moulvi Abdool Wassay Ahmed, and is transferred to Jungypore, in that district. Baboo Beni Madhub Chatterjee, Tehsildar of the Khas Mehals, in the Diamond Harbour Division of the 24-Pergunnahs, is appointed temporarily to be a Sub-Deputy Collector of the Second Grade, vice Baboo Juggut Chunder Roy, and is posted to Diamond Harbour. Baboo Dwarkanath Mookerjee, Sub-Deputy Collector, Diamond Harbour, is transferred to the Sudder Station of Moorshedabad. The 20th October 1877.-Baboo Rajgopal Roy, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Hazareebagh, is appointed to have charge of the Palamow Division of the Lohardugga district during the absence, on deputation, of Mr. W. N. Campbell, or until further orders. Moulvi Abdool Wassay Ahmed, who was, under orders of the 9th instant, appointed temporarily to be a Deputy Magistrate aud Deputy Collector in the Chota Nagpore Division, is posted to the Sudder Station of the district of Lohardugga. The 26th October 1877.–The Right Hon’ble the Secretary of State for India has heen pleased to grant extensions of furlough for the periods mentioned to the following officers of the Covenanted Civil Service — t Mr. W. LeF. Robinson,-three months’ S. C. ,, J. Whitmore, —six months' S. C. ,, P. Nolan,—three days’ furlough. ,, T. W. Gribble, eight months’ furlough. The 27th October 1877.-Mr. R. H. Pawsey, Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector, is appointed to act, until further orders, as Magistrate and Collector of Mymensing. The 30th October 1877.-Mr. F. Wyer, Officiating Magistrate and Collector, Bogra, is allowed subsidiary leave for sixteen days, with effect from the 18th August last, under section 24 (b) of the Civil Leave Code. Mr. William Ravenshawe Ricketts is appointed to officiate until further orders as a Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, aud is posted to the Rajshahye and Cooch Behar Division. Police.— The 18th October 1877.-Mr. W. R. Green, Officiating Distriot Superintend ent of Police, Pooree, is transferred to Cuttack as an Assistant Superintendent of Police of the First Grade on being relieved of his present duties.
