No. 277.-Declaration under Section 6, Atet X of 1870 of the Government of India.— Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Beagal that land is required, to be taken by Government at the public expense for a public purpose, viz. for making a road to connect the Mugrah-Meria Road with the Mugrah-Bhastara Road over the Jamai Jangal west of the Mugrah station of the East Indian Railway-in the village of Dalimbo, pergunnah Pownea, zillah Hooghly, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose a piece of land measuring, more or less, 8 beegahs of standard measurement, bounded on the north by paddy land between the strip of land to be acquired and the district road running from Mugrah and Bhastara; on the east by the Jamai Jangal; on the south by paddy land; on the west by the Jamai Jangal, is required within the aforesaid village of Dalimbo. £. Mr. Pearsall returned to duty on the afternoon of the 24th September 1877. No. 341.—Mr. H. "D Pearsall Officiating Executive Engineer, Dehree workshop Division, is granted the necessary subsidiary leave to enable him to appear before the Medical Board at Bombay preparatory to proceeding to Europe on sick leave. The 29th October 18"7. No. 342.—Posting.—Baboo Bama Churn Paramanick, Sub-Engineer, Second Grade, to the Buxar Division, which he joined on the forenoon of the 10th October 1877. *、 No. 348-Transfer.--Mr. A. Möniës, Assistantogreer, Steund Grade, is transferred in the interests of the public service from the Eastern Sone to the Buxar Division, which he joined on the afternoon of the 15th October 1877.
