No. 277.-Declaration under Section 6, Atet X of 1870 of the Government of India.— Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Beagal that land is required, to be taken by Government at the public expense for a public purpose, viz. for making a road to connect the Mugrah-Meria Road with the Mugrah-Bhastara Road over the Jamai Jangal west of the Mugrah station of the East Indian Railway-in the village of Dalimbo, pergunnah Pownea, zillah Hooghly, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose a piece of land measuring, more or less, 8 beegahs of standard measurement, bounded on the north by paddy land between the strip of land to be acquired and the district road running from Mugrah and Bhastara; on the east by the Jamai Jangal; on the south by paddy land; on the west by the Jamai Jangal, is required within the aforesaid village of Dalimbo. £.
