The 18th November 1877.-It is notified, undér Section 75 of Act X (B.C.) of 1871 (the District Road Cess Act), that the load Cess Committee of the district of Manbhoom have, under Section 74 of the Act, determined to levy the cesses under that Act for the cess year running from 1st October 1877 at the following rates, being the, maximum rates, and the said rates are published accordingly :— fi , à l I. Six pies, or two pice, on cvery rupee of the annual value of lands under Part II of the Act. Q I II. Rey Nouds, Secy. to the Govt. of Bengal. -- for -------سسس مواصلا -.....م-ما-مسم- -صه SS SSAS SSAS SSAS SSAS SSAS SSAS SSAS SSAS SSAS SSAS JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT. _ No. 5262A, The 31st October 1877.-Mr. Clement Thomas Le-Hardy, who has, under separate orders of this date, been appointed to be an Assistant Magistrate and Collector of Bhagulpore, is vested with the powers of a Magistrate of the Third Class. • The 12th November 1877–The orders of the 18th September last, published in the Calcutta Gazette of the 19th idem, placing the services of Baboo Upendro Chundra Mullick, B.L., Moonsis of (`սlբa, in the district of Burdwan, at the disposal of the Chief Commissioner of Assam, are cancelled. This also cancels the orders of the same date appointing Bahoo Aswini Coomar Gulio, B.L., to officiate as Moonsif of Culua, vice Baboo Upendro Chundra Mullick. Baboo Abinash Chunder Mitter, n.L., Additional Moonsiff of Patna, is appointed to act temporarily as Subordinate Judge and Judge of the Court of Small Causes of that district during the absence, on leave, of Baboo Gobind Chunder Sandyal, or until further orders. Baboo Lal Behary Dey, B.L., is appointed to act as Additional Moonsif of Patna during thc abseuce, om deputation, of Baboo Abinash Chunder Mitter, or until further orders. The 18th November 1877—Baboo Kedar Nath Ghose, Cofficiating Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Backergunge, is vested with thc powers of a Magistrate of the Secoud Class. l [Government Gaeetle, 20th November 1877.]
