The 30th October 1877.-It is hereby uotified that, under the powers vested in him by Section 32 of Act V (B.C.) of 1876, the Lieutenant-Governor is pleased to exclude from the operation of that Act that portion of the main road between Dacca and Serajgunge which lies within the limits of the Nasirabad Municipality, in the Mymensingh district, known as the Take Road in one direction and the Subornocally Itoad in the other, and to * authorize its transfer to the charge of the load Cess Committee of that district.
