The 30th October 1877.-It is hereby uotified that, under the powers vested in him by Section 32 of Act V (B.C.) of 1876, the Lieutenant-Governor is pleased to exclude from the operation of that Act that portion of the main road between Dacca and Serajgunge which lies within the limits of the Nasirabad Municipality, in the Mymensingh district, known as the Take Road in one direction and the Subornocally Itoad in the other, and to * authorize its transfer to the charge of the load Cess Committee of that district. NOTIFICATION, The 5th November 1877.-In exercise of the power conferred by Section 5 of Act XIV of 1874 (the Scheduled Districts’ Act), the Lieutenant-Governor is pleased, with the previous sanction of the Governor-General in Council, to extend Act X of 1877 (the Code of Civil Procedure) to— (1) The districts of Lohardugga, Isazareebagh, Manbhoom, and the Pergunnah Dhulbhoom, in the district of Singbhoom, in the Chota Nagpore Division, (2) 'The rnehals of Ungool and I3anki, with the exception of Sections 1 and 3, which are already in force in the above-mentioned trstCtS. NOTIFICATION, The 5th November 1877–In exercise of the power conferred by Section 3, Act XIV of 1874 (the Scheduled Districts’ Act), the Lieutenant-Governor is pleased, with the previous sanction of the Governor-General in Council, to declare that the said Act is in force in— (1) The districts of I ohardugga, Hazarecbagh, Manbhoom, and the Pergunnah Dhulbhoom, in the district of Singbhoom, in the Chota Nagpore Division. NOTIFICATION. The 5th November 1877.—In exercise of the power conferred by Section 5 of Act XIV of 1874 (the Scheduled Districts’ Aet), the Lieutenant-Governor is pleased, with the previous sanction of the Goveriror-General in Council, to extend Act X of 1877 (the Code of Civil Procedure) to the whole of the scheduled district designated in Part III, Schedule I of the scheduled Districts’ Act, as the Julpigorce and Darjeeling Divisions, with the exception of Sections 1 and 3, which are already in force in the said district. t o Нокаск А.
