The 2nd March 1886.--Baboo Dwarka Nath Bhuttacharjee, Officiating Second Subordinate Judge, Tipperah, is allowed leave for three months, under section 78, rule 1. chapter V of the Civil Leave Code, with effect from the 8th instant, or such subsequent date as he may avail himself of it. Baboo Nil Madhub Banerji, Munsif of Durbhunga, Tirhoot, is appointed to act as Second Subordinate Judge of Tipperah, during the absence, on leave, of Baboo Dwarka Nath Bhuttacharjee, or until further orders Baboo Umes Chandra Sen, B.L., is appointed to act as a munsif in the district of Pubna, to be ordinarily stationed at Serajgunge, during the absence, on leave, of Baboo Koilas Chundra Majumdar, or until further orders, Baboo Jogendro Nath Mookerjee, Second Munsif of Gyebanda, in Rungpore, is vested temporarily with the powers of a Judge of a Court of Small Causes for the trial of suits cognizable by such a Court up to the amount of Rs. 50 within the local limits of the Nelphamari Munsifi on being deputed from Kurigram to act as First Munsif of Nelphamari, during the absence, on leave, of Baboo Protap Chunder Mozumdar. Baboo Kissuri Lall Sen, B L., is appointed to act as a Munsif in the district of Mymensingh, to be ordinarily stationed at the Sudder station of that district, during the absence, on leave, of Baboo Mohendro Nath Ghose, or until further orders. Baboo Ram Lall Dutt, M.A., B. L., is appointed to act as a Munslf in the district of 1Noakholly, to be ordinarily stationed at South Raojan, during the absence, on leave, of Baboo Joy Gopal Sinha, or until further orders. GRANT or Leave To Munsifs.—The 24th February 1886.--Baboo Biprodas Chatterjee, First Munslf of Brahmunberiah, in the district of Tipperah, is allowed leave for three months, under section 73, rule 1, chapter V of the Olvil Leave Code, with effect from the 8th March 1886, or from the date on which he may be relieved. Baboo Gokul Chand, Munsif of Setamarhi, in the district of Tirhoot, is allowed leave for one day, under section 184, chapter X of the Civil Leave Code, in extension of the leave granted him on the 19th January 1885. Baboo Gopal Krishna Ghose, Munsif of Jajpore, in the district Cuttack, is allowed leave for three months, under section 128, chapter X of the Civil Lt Code, with effect from the date on which he may be relieved. Baboo Koilash Chundra Mojumdar, Munslf of Serajgunge, in the ..naict of Pubna, is allowed leave for two months, under section 78, rule 1, chapter V of the Civ. Leave Code, with effect from the 1st March 1886, or from the date on which he may be relieved. The 26th February 1886,--Baboo Mohendro Nath Ghose, Munslf of Mymensingh, is allowed leave for twenty-one days, under section 78, rule 1, and section 74, chapter W of the Civil Leave Code, with effect from the date on which he may be relieved. Baboo Janaki Nath Dutta, Munslf of Bholpore, in the district of Beerbhoom, is allowed leave for twenty-nine days, under section 78, rule 1, chapter V of the Civil Leave Code, in extension of the leave granted him on the 20th January last. The 24th February 1886.-It is hereby notified that the Lieutenant-Governor has been pleased to sanction the extension of the provisions of sections 11 to 15 of Act II (B.C.) of 1867 (the Gambling Act) to the town of Giridih, in the district of Hazaribagh, with effect from the 1st April 1886. For the purposes of this Act the boundaries of the town of Giridih shall be as follow - North-The Oosri river and a line drawn from it along the northern boundary of mouzah Pachamba to point east of mouzah Tewaridih.
