The 1st March 1886.—Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is likely to be required to be taken up by Government at the expense of the Dacca Municipality for a public purpose, viz., for opening a cartway and a passage for mehters to a ditch in mohalla Bangla Bazar, pergunnah Jehangir Nagore, in the town of Dacca, 'zillah Dacca, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose a piece of land measuring, more or less, 1 cottah and 2 chittacks of standard measurement, is required. The land is bounded on the north by the ditch; on the south by the Allagully road ; on the east by the land of Sita Nath Poddar; and on the west by the land of Kali Charan Pal and others. DECLARATION The lat March 1886.—Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is required to be taken up by Government at the expense of the Calcutta Municipality for a public purpose, viz., for a passage for females to the Bathing Platform at No. 18, Beadon Street, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose a piece of land, No. 18, Beadon Street, in the Town of Calcutta, district 24-Pergunnahs, measuring, more or less’ 1 chittuck 10-5 square feet, is required. The boundaries of the land are as follow —On the north by Beadon Street; on the south and east by No. 18, Beadon Street, and on the west by the public bathing plat form. A plan and specification of the land required are filed in the Office of the Municipal . The let March 1886.--Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is required to be taken up by Government at the expense of the Calcutta Municipality for a public purpose, viz., for widening the new road connecting Pathurnaghat Street with Prosono Coomar Tagore's Street, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose a piece of land, No. 19, Prosono Coomar Tagore's Street, in the town of Calcutta, district 24-Per gunnahs, measuring, more or less, 1 chattack and 125 square feet, is required. The boundaries of the land are as follow:—On the north by No. 19, Prosono Comar Tagore’s Street; on the south and east by the new road and on the west by No. 19 Prosono Coomar Tagore’a Street.
