( ২৪৬ ) [ PAat II The 22nd 'February 1886.--Baboo Ram Charan * Mullick; M.A., B.I., is appointed to act as a munsif in the district of Furreedpore, to be ordinarily stationed at Bhanga, duri ng the absence, on 'eave, of Baboo Jogendra Nath Ghose, or until further orders. Baboo Ashutosh Banerjee, a 1., is appointed to act as a munsif in the district of Turreedporo, to be ordinarily stationed at Chikandi, during the absence, on leave, of Baboo Raj Narain Chakravarti, or until further orders. Mr. C. J. O’Donnell, Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Kurseong, Darjeeling, is vested with the following powers. —

Powers of a Magistrate of the first class in the Kurseong and (Torai) Phanseedewah thanas, and powers of a Sub-divisional Officer under section 36 of tho Code of Crimiual Proccolure Powers under sections 110 and 260 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to hear appeals from decisions of the officer in charge of the Teral in crimunal cases, in which the sentence passed is within the powers of a Magistrate of the third class. Powers of a Small Cause Court Judge to try rent-suits up to Rs 50 in the Kursèong and lPhanseedewah thanas. Powers of a Munslf and powers to try suits in Kurscong and similar powers in Phanseedewah also as regards cases transferred by the Deputy Countaissioner from the Teral officer's file. Powers of a Sub-Registrar of the Kurseong thana The 23rd February 1886.-laboo Jogendro Lall Chowdhuri, second munsif of Atla. in the district of Mymensingh, at present on deputation at Magoorah, in the district of Jessore, is retransferred to the former district, and is posted temporarily to Baatpore as additional munsif Baboo Dandadhari Biswas, is I, , is appointed to act as a munsif in the district of Jessore, to be ordinarily stationed at Satkhira, during the absence, on leave, of laboo Ranti Chunder J3haduri, or until furthcrorders. Moulvie Abul Khair Mahomed Abdus Sobham, Ossiciating Deputy Magisti atc and Deputy Collector, Shahabad, is vested with the powers of a Magistrate of the second class. GRANT or LEAvE. To MUNsırs.-- The 16th Februar y 1886.– Baboo Jogendro Nath Ghose, Officiating Second Munslf of Bhanga, in the district of Furicedpore, is allowed leave for thirtyfive days, under section 73, rule 1, chapter V of the Civil Leave Code, with effect from the 22ud current, or f om the date on which he may be relieved The 22nd February 1886 –Baboo Protap Chunder Mazumdar, First Munsif of Nelphamari, in the district of Rungpore, is allowed leave for one month under section 73, 1 ule l, chapter V of the Civil Leave Code, with effect from the 23rd current, or fiom the date on which he may be relieved F. N()TIFICATION The 23rd February 1886 –It is hereby motified under the provisions of section 15 of Aat V of 1861 that Kıol, ır chur, ın the Moonshıgunge sub dıvısıon, ıu tlıe dıstrıct of Daccu, being in a disturbed and dangerous state, owing to the existence of disputes regarding the possession of lauds, in the said chur, the Lieutenant-Governor has sanctioned the entertainment, for a period of four months, commencing from 1st March 1886, of a special police sorce of 1 Head Constable and 5 Constables to be quartened in the abovementioned claur for the ipul pose of keeping the peace there | (, one i ment Gatelle, 2nd March 1886 ]
