The 18th March 1886.—The Lieutenant-Governor, with the previous sanction of the Governor-General in Council, is pleased to sanction the following scale of fees for pilotage in the river Hooghly of dhooneys and native coasters not exceeding 500 tons burthen, and piloted by native pilots holding pilotage certificates for country coasting vessels. The 15th March 1886,-Under section 3, Act I (B.C.) of 1876 (an Act to provide for the voluntary registration of Mahomedan marriages and divorces), and in supersession of the notification, dated the 20th June 1884, published in the Calcutta Gazette of the 2nd July 18°4, the Lieutenant-Governor has been pleased to grant a license to Moulvi Abdul Qadir authorizing him to register Mahomedan marriages and divorces, and to exercise the other functions of a Mahomedan Registrar within the outposts of Anwara and Parki in the district of Chittagong F, В.
