Prose works” in 16 parts “Little stories” and “Novels” including “Gora” under the term and subject to the condition therein mentioned and whereas by another Agreement dated the 21st June 1909 and made between the same parties the author gave permission and the publisher undertook to publish and sell the author’s works entitled “Bichitra Prabandha,” “Prachin Sahitya,” “Loka Sahitya,” “Adhunik Sahitya,” “Sahitya,” “Hasya Kautuk,” “Byanga Kautuk,” “Prajapatir Nirbandha,” “Prahasan,” “Raja Praja,” “Samuha,” “Swadesh,” “Samaj,” “Siksha,” “Sabdatatwa,” “Dharma,” “Galpaguchchha” complete, “Rajarshi,” “Bow Thakuranir Hat,” “Chokher Bali,” “Nowkadubi,” “Gora,” “Saradotsab,” “Mukut,” and “Santi Niketan” under the terms and subject to the conditions therein mentioned and whereas since the date of the last Agreement the author has produced various and other works, and whereas in supersession of the said three several Agreements the author and the publisher have agreed to enter into these presents for the publication and sale of the works mentioned in the schedule hereto annexed and marked A in the manner hereafter appearing.
