Dr. Tagore is deeply sensible of the amicable relations subsisting between him and yourself and the efficient manner in which the Indian Press has done its part and now that he himself will no longer be the controlling authority he feels it would be better for both parties if the publishing and selling rights of the books comprised in the agreement as well as of those since published by you be now made over by you to Viswabharati. I understand that you are willing to do this on Wiswabharati paying to you an amount equal to one-third Óf the published retail price of the stock at present in your hands which stock will thereupon also become the property of Viswabharati.
