ভ:স্ত্র ১৮১১ : জীবন চরিত ' ఏఏ ummaemma পন্ন মহাত্মার কাছে যেখানে যেখানে গিয়াছেন সেখানেই তাহারা তাহাকে ভৎসনা করিয়া তাড়াইয়া দিয়াছেন কিন্তু যথার্থ মহাত্ম এক একজন—যিনি শান্ত ধীর গম্ভীর নিষ্ঠাবান ভক্তিমন ন্যায়পর দয়া ও সন্তোষযুক্ত ও মিষ্টভাষী—এমন অবস্থাপন্ন পুরুষের কাছে গিয়া শিবনারায়ণ ঐরূপ জিজ্ঞাসা করায় ঐ সকল যথার্থ মহাত্মারা মিষ্টবাক্যে আদর করিয়া শিবনারায়ণকে বলিলেন, “এরূপ প্রশ্ন করিতে তোমাকে কে শিখাইয়া দিয়াছে, তাহা আমাকে বল, তাহা হইলে তোমাকে আমি বুঝাইয়া দিব ; তুমি কি কাৰ্য্য করিতেছ ? শিবনারায়ণ বলিলেন যে, আপনাকে যথার্থ বলিতেছি আমাকে কেছ এই সকল ভাব উদয় হইতেছে। কে যে আমার অন্তর হইতে এই সকল ভাব উদয় করিতেছে তাহা আমি বুঝিতে পারিতেছি না কিন্তু আমি নিত্য কৰ্ম্ম এই করি –নিত্য । অগ্নিতে আহুতি দেই এবং চন্দ্রমা সূৰ্য্য নারায়ণ জ্যোতিঃস্বরূপ ঈশ্বরকে আত্মা মাতা পিতা গুরু ভাবিয়া অন্তরেতে র্তাহাকে নমস্কার করি এবং ওঁ সৎগুরু এই মন্ত্র উচ্চারণ করিয়া উপাসনা করি ইহা ব্যতীত আর কোন প্রপঞ্চ অর্থাৎ মিথ্যা কল্পনা আমি করি না। তখন সাধু মহাত্মা বলিলেন যে, “হে শিবনারায়ণ যখন তোমাকে এই সকল কথা কেহ জিজ্ঞাসা করিতে বলে নাই তোমার অন্তর হইতে উঠিতেছে তখন তোমাকে তামি বুঝাইতে পারিব না—তুমি স্বয়ং আপনা হইতেই বুঝিতে পারিবে ; তোমাকে হাজার হাজার বার আমার নমস্কার—যে কুলে তুমি শরীর ধারণ করিয়াছ সে কুলে আমার নমস্কার ।” শিবনারায়ণও মহাত্মাকে নমস্কার করিয়া _க বাটতে চলিয়া আসিলেন। আসিয়া কিছু দিন পরে আপনার মাতা পিতাকে নম্রভাবে করযোড়ে বলিলেন যে, হে মাতা পিতা তোমাদের চারি পুত্র—তাহার মধ্যে আমাকে জান যে এক পুত্র মরিয়া গিয়াছে; আমাকে আজ্ঞা দেও। এই স্থষ্টি চরাচর রাজা প্রজা বড় কষ্ট পাইতেছে ; আমাকে পূর্ণ পরবন্ধ জ্যোতিঃস্বরূপ গুরু মাতা পিতার আজ্ঞা পালন করিতে হইবে— যাহাতে চরাচর হুখে থাকিতে পারে । - CF : || THEISM IN INDIA.
