And I am glad to say that wherever I have been, the spirit in these camps has really been magnificent. They are living under extremely difficult conditions, but they understand and appreciate our difficulties. So should continue to try and do our best, but we should always keep in view the longterm aspect of the problem, and specially the aspect that it will mean tremendous hardship for all of us and for our people. We must all, as leaders or members of political parties, as citizens of this country, prepare our people for this period of hardship, because without it we can neither help the refugees nor deal with the larger problem. This House has always a great deal of understanding. I know that it is necessary from time to time to have opportunity to blow off steam and to work off emotions. This is natural and understandable, but when all is said, I am grateful to the House for the understanding it has showed and for the cooperation which it gives.
