বাংলাদেশ গেজেট অতিরিক, জানুয়ারী ২, ১১৯৪ 1 The State Secretary of the Federal Bonn, May 29, 1990 Foreign Office Excellency, With reference to Article 3 of the Agreement between the Federal Republic of Germany and the People's Republic of Bangladesh for the Avoidance of Double Taxation with respect to Taxes on income, signed today, I have the honour to declare that the conclusion of the said Agreement does not affect the position of the Federal Republic of Germany on the maritime borders of Bangladesh. It is our mutual understanding that the Agreement signed today may be reviewed after the expiry of five years as from its cntry into force, should either Contracting State so request. I would be grateful if you could confirm your agreement to the foregoing, in which case this Note and Your Excellency's Note in reply thereto shall form an integral part of the said Agreement.
