PREFACE
The first edition of the Bengali version of the Constitution of India was published in 1983. Thereafter, the second edition was published in 1987.
This is the 3rd (Third) hard print edition. In this edition, the text of the Constitution has been updated incorporating all the amendments made till date, including the Constitution (One Hundred and Fifth) Amendment Act, 2021 and C.O.s 272 and 273.
